REPRONIX is operated by POSTECH PLUS COMPUTER TRADING LLC.
This Warranty & Repairs Policy explains how warranty and repair requests are handled for products purchased directly from repronix.com within the United Arab Emirates.

We follow applicable UAE Consumer Protection Law and Dubai DED eCommerce guidelines, while maintaining clear, honest, and fair processes for all customers.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage depends on the product category and applicable manufacturer terms.

Standard Warranty (Most Products)

Most products sold on repronix.com include a standard one (1) year warranty, starting from the original date of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Manufacturer Warranty

Where applicable, products may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty terms, service procedures, and coverage duration may vary depending on the brand and product type.

Proof of Purchase

To process a warranty or repair request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Original invoice or order confirmation email

2. What the Warranty Covers

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Hardware malfunction
  • Component failure
  • Non-user-related electrical issues
  • Factory defects affecting normal operation

If a defect is confirmed after inspection, the resolution may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund (full or partial, depending on usage and condition)

The final decision is based on inspection by REPRONIX or the relevant service partner.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Physical damage or impact
  • Liquid or moisture exposure
  • Accidental drops
  • Power surges or electrical misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Incorrect installation or mishandling
  • Missing or tampered serial numbers

Products showing signs of misuse or unauthorized repair may be declined for warranty service.

4. Warranty & Repair Assessment Process

To initiate a warranty or repair request:

  • Email info@repronix.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos for evaluation

After review, we will advise whether the product should:

  • Be returned for inspection, or
  • Be referred to a manufacturer or service center

Once inspection is completed, we will inform you of the available resolution options.

Inspection & Turnaround Time

  • Standard assessment time: 3–7 working days
  • Repair timelines vary by brand and parts availability
  • Customers are updated throughout the process

5. Shipping for Warranty & Repairs (UAE Only)

Approved Warranty Cases

  • Return shipping may be arranged by REPRONIX, or
  • Customers may be advised on drop-off or service-center handling, depending on the product

Non-Warranty Repairs

  • Shipping charges may apply
  • Repair or service costs are quoted in advance
  • Work begins only after customer approval

6. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If an issue is not covered under warranty, REPRONIX may assist with:

  • Paid repair options
  • Replacement units (subject to availability)
  • Alternative solutions where applicable

All costs are communicated upfront, and no work proceeds without customer consent.

7. Replacement Products

Replacement decisions depend on:

  • Inspection approval
  • Availability of identical or equivalent models
  • Manufacturer or supplier policies

Replacement units may be:

  • New
  • Refurbished
  • Equivalent models (if the original is discontinued)

8. Important Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from repronix.com
  • Warranty is valid within the UAE only
  • REPRONIX is not responsible for damage caused by third-party service centers
  • Data recovery from faulty devices is not guaranteed

Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting any device for service.
