This Partnerships Policy explains how REPRONIX® manages collaborations, reseller requests, vendor relationships, and business partnership inquiries within the United Arab Emirates.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity, protect our brand, and maintain consistent and trustworthy operations.
1. Definition of “Partnership”
For clarity, a partnership with REPRONIX® exists only when there is a formally approved and documented agreement signed by POSTECH PLUS COMPUTER TRADING LLC.
Such an agreement clearly defines:
- Authorised rights
- Roles and responsibilities
- Commercial terms
- Branding permissions
- Scope of after-sales support (if applicable)
Without a written and signed agreement, no individual or company is considered a REPRONIX® partner, reseller, agent, or representative.
2. No Implied or Verbal Partnerships
To prevent misuse and protect all parties:
- REPRONIX® does not recognise verbal commitments, informal discussions, or phone/WhatsApp conversations as partnerships
- No individual or company may claim to be “official,” “authorised,” “exclusive,” or “appointed” unless a valid written agreement exists
This policy protects customers, partners, and REPRONIX® from fraud or misrepresentation.
3. Authorised Resellers & B2B Collaborations
A company becomes an authorised reseller or business partner only when:
- A valid trade licence is verified
- Commercial terms are mutually agreed in writing
- A formal agreement is signed by both parties
- REPRONIX® issues written confirmation through official communication channels
Until these steps are completed, the company is treated as a regular customer, not as a partner or representative of REPRONIX®.
4. Use of the REPRONIX® Brand
Partners may not use the REPRONIX®:
- Name
- Logo
- Product images
- Branding assets
- Marketing materials
- Warranty documentation
unless explicit written permission is granted by POSTECH PLUS COMPUTER TRADING LLC.
Unauthorised use of the REPRONIX® brand or materials may constitute an intellectual property violation under UAE commercial law.
5. Partnership Requests
Companies interested in partnership may submit inquiries via:

- Alignment with REPRONIX® values
- Long-term mutual benefit
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
6. Responsibilities of Approved Partners
Once a formal agreement is in place, partners are expected to:
- Represent REPRONIX® accurately and professionally
- Provide correct and approved product information
- Use only authorised branding and materials
- Avoid misleading claims or misrepresentation
- Follow agreed pricing, warranty, return, and compliance rules
- Protect customer data in accordance with UAE law
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the partnership.
7. REPRONIX® Responsibilities Toward Partners
Where a valid partnership agreement exists, REPRONIX® will:
- Provide accurate product and technical information
- Act fairly in pricing and stock allocation as agreed
- Offer reasonable support within the scope of the written agreement
- Provide official branding assets where permitted
No obligations exist beyond what is defined in the signed contract.
8. No Liability for Unauthorised Parties
REPRONIX® is not responsible for:
- Actions or misconduct of unauthorised sellers
- Incorrect information shared by third parties
- Warranty claims for products purchased outside repronix.com or approved channels
- Prices, promises, or commitments made by non-authorised individuals
Customers and partners are encouraged to verify authenticity by contacting REPRONIX® directly.

9. Termination of Partnership
REPRONIX® reserves the right to terminate any partnership if:
- Agreement terms are violated
- Brand misuse or misrepresentation occurs
- Fraud, non-compliance, or unethical conduct is identified

Termination decisions are communicated in writing.
