This Purchase & Payment Policy explains how orders and payments are processed on repronix.com, operated by POSTECH PLUS COMPUTER TRADING LLC, within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Order Placement
When you place an order on repronix.com:
- You submit a request to purchase the selected product(s)
- Orders are considered accepted only after successful payment confirmation and internal processing
- You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received
REPRONIX reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion.
Orders may be declined or cancelled due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment authorisation failure
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or product description errors
- High-risk or suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of website policies
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to our Refund Policy.

- All prices on repronix.com are listed in AED
- Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice
- The price shown at checkout is the final price agreed upon at the time of purchase
- VAT is applied where required under UAE law
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly shown during checkout.
5. Fraud Protection & Verification
To protect customers and our business, REPRONIX may:
- Conduct additional verification for high-value orders
- Request confirmation for inconsistent or suspicious transactions
- Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or incomplete
