- Purchase verification may occur automatically through Shopify or manually when required
REPRONIX reserves the right to verify purchase details before publishing a review.

Photos or videos are optional and submitted at the customer’s discretion.
4. What Reviews Must Not Include

REPRONIX uses Shopify-integrated review platforms (such as Judge.me) to:
- Request reviews from verified customers
- Display reviews transparently on product pages
- Reduce the risk of fake or automated reviews
- Organise reviews by product and rating
REPRONIX does not:
- Purchase reviews
- Offer incentives, payments, or gifts for reviews
- Fabricate or alter customer review content
- Remove negative reviews that comply with this policy
Moderation is performed solely for safety, clarity, and legal compliance.
6. Review Moderation & Removal
A review may be moderated or removed if:
- It violates this policy
- It contains inappropriate or harmful content
- It includes personal or confidential data
- It appears fraudulent or unrelated to a genuine purchase
- It contains technical misinformation that may mislead customers
- It is submitted by someone impersonating another individual
Moderation decisions are made fairly and are final.
7. Editing or Updating Reviews
Customers may request an update to their review if:
- A replacement or resolution was provided
- An issue was later resolved
