2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

5. Counterfeit Protection & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and brand integrity:

• REPRONIX does not authorize resellers without a written agreement
• Repackaging or relabeling of REPRONIX-branded products is prohibited
• Third parties may not issue warranties using the REPRONIX name
• Counterfeit, misleading, or unauthorized use of REPRONIX branding may be reported to relevant authorities
